About Us
Passion for Cricket, Tradition of Excellence.
Shine’s Cricket Academy (SCA) was founded in 2002 by Mr. Shine S.S, the Executive Director and Chief Coach of the academy. The academy was initially established to provide opportunities for developing young cricketing talents from Loyola School, Trivandrum. Later, in the larger interest of the game of cricket, the facilities were opened to deserving students from other schools across the city.
Our Journey
The academy began its operations at Loyola School premises under the name Loyola Cricket Academy, Sreekariyam, Trivandrum. Over time, with the vision of benefiting society and nurturing young talents, the academy shifted to St. Mary’s School Grounds, Pattom, Trivandrum. It has since expanded further and now operates in two additional locations within the city.
The academy provides professional net practice facilities, including turf wickets, cement wickets, and matted wickets to ensure comprehensive training exposure for students.
